SCCIP worked with Jiaquan IP Law Firm to establish the Intellectual Property Service Alliance. Jiaquan IP Law Firm is one of the earliest patent offices founded in China and is the comprehensive foreigner-oriented intellectual property legal service institution, member of both International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and International Trademark Association (INTA). Its international business covers major countries and regions world-wide to provide customers best and convenient intellectual property service, covering patent application both at home and abroad, market monitoring and evidence collection, patent infringement litigation, patent protection consultation and planning services.
