South China New Drug Safety Assessment Center has been jointly set up by both SCCIP and Guangzhou Research Institute of Medical Industry, which possesses a key laboratory in Guangzhou for assessment, study and validation of new drug safety with certificates of both national GLP authentication and AAALAC authentication, providing technical services for the medical industry.  

Drug safety assessment trial (GLP), pharmacological effect trial, including pharmacology and pharmacodynamics trial, preclinical pharmacology study (GLP); study on acute and chronic toxicity, safe pharmacology, local toxicity, reproductive toxicology, genetic toxicology, toxicokinetics, and immunogenicity, new drug pharmacology and toxicology screening optimization and outsourcing services (CRO).
