Bioinformatics Platform 

Upon independent organization and introduction of specialized information teams, SCCIP has set up South China Biomedical Information Engineering Center in order to construct a supporting platform for modern information service for new drug innovation, such as full-round effective information, knowledge and information service as well as high performance computing services, to promote networking cooperation among the medical industrial groups in South China, to upgrade the new drug innovation capability, and to promote independent innovation and fast development of pharmaceutical enterprises. 

SCCIP has subscribed PDB databank, digital library of Chinese medicine, VIP database, the national drug assessment center accepted item search expert, CD reading room, and Dialogpro databank as well as 72 kinds of newspapers and periodicals relating to new drug R&D both at home and abroad.
