Drug Synthesis 

Jointly set up by SCCIP andHEC Pharm Group,HEC Technical Center of SCCIP is located at the fifth and sixth floors of the accelerator service base with its laboratory at the platform of new drug R&D. The study on active natural substances (active ingredients in TCM), screened active predrug compound and structure optimization and design of severe disease related protein, modification of compound structure are promoted with the laboratory equipped with UV, IR, MS, NMR, LC-MS modern analytical instruments and technology to provide technical support for modification of compound structure, structure characterization, and physical and chemical measurements.

• MS/UV guided preparative LC, HSCCC, and high-speed LC to separate and purify compounds.
