Professor Biao Chen led his team to colloaborate with SCCIP in 2010 to prepare to build up Laboratory Animal Center and Translational Medicine Engineering Center.

Prof. Biao Chen gota medical doctor degree of neurology in 1990 from Sun Yat-Sen University of Medical Sciences, participated in post-doctorate study in US Research Institute of Parkinson disease in August of 1990. After that, he took a job as a senior researcher and director of Molecular Genetics Lab until the end of 2000. Invited by Ministry of Human Resources of China. Prof. Chen returned to China in 1998, and is now a professor of Capital Medical College of China, chief physician, tutor of Ph.D. students (in the field of neurology and geratology), and director of Beijing Research Institute of Geratology. After being devoted for many years to the field of senile neurodegenerative diseases and neurogenetic diseases as well as fundamental study, he is now a well-known medical expert on Parkinson disease. In recent years he has actively involved himself in research on establishment of cynomolgus senile disease, engaging in several projects at national and provincial levels. Up to now, he has published on international and domestic periodicals over 160 papers and treatises, which have been referenced for over 1,000 times by international journals.

Guangxi Nanning WINCON Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has been built up since2003, led by a Prof. Chen's team which is focusing on research on establishment of cynomolgus senile disease, engaging in several projects at national and provincial levels. Up to now he has published over 160 papers and treatises on international and domestic periodicals, referred over 1,000 times by international journals. The member of the team is now assumed as Council Member of International Society of Gerontology, a member of US Academic Committee of Neurology, secretary-general of Asia-Pacific Branch of International Association of Neurobiological Chemistry, Vice-chairman of National Human Genome Northern Center, Editors of Chinese Medical Journal, Chinese Journal of Neurology (In Chinese), Moleuclar Neurobiology (USA), and Neurology (USA).

WINCON passed the international qualification verification with AAALAC in 2006, becoming the first certificated laboratory of primatein China, an experimental base of primatedesease model within National 863 Key Scientific and Technological Projects, and an allied unit overses with the Wisconsin National Primate Research Center of USA.
